Padel & Fitness Training in Nairobi

Looking for a fun and effective way to train while improving your padel game in Nairobi? Our Padel & Fitness sessions combine professional padel coaching with guided fitness training, giving players a complete on-court workout.

Each session includes 45 minutes of padel coaching focused on fundamentals, movement and technique, followed by 45 minutes of fitness training designed to build strength, agility and endurance for padel players. With small groups per court, every player gets quality attention and structured guidance.

This program is ideal for beginners and recreational players who want to improve their padel skills while staying active. All equipment is provided, including rackets, balls and court access  plus a healthy smoothie to finish the session.

Our Padel & Fitness sessions run every Monday and Friday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at PlayOn – The Stop Rhapta and Jafferys Lavington, making it easy to fit training into your weekly routine.
