Refund Policy
- Refunds for Coaching Services: Our coaching services are non-refundable once the services have been provided. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality coaching, and if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your concerns.
- Refunds for Products: If you have purchased products from us, please inspect the items upon receipt. If you find any defects or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will work with you to arrange a return and, if applicable, a refund.
Return Policy
- Returns for Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at maureen@padelacademyeastafrica.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
